Tips on installing a sun visor on an S60 S60

I'm putting a new sun visor into an S60 for a friend who lives two states away so I need to know what type and size of driver I need to bring with me (socket, phillips, etc) in order to do the job. Also, is there a trick in popping the cover that covers the mounting bolts (if there is one)? Thank you!!!!
