Going to look at a 96 850 T5R,. What to look for? 850 1996

The heading pretty much says it all,
I presently have a 740T that is getting pretty beat up, Not having been
able to find a 940T I'm going to look at a 96 850 sthat the dealer says is a
T5-R

I'd appreciate any tips on things to look for on a FWD car that has about 100,000 miles on it.

I do not know what the status of the timing belt is! (Cost to have replaced ?)
