All of a sudden it stalled, now cant start... S70

I have a 98 S70 and was driving home when it stalled as I was turning in the neighborhood. It started back up and I went home. The next day I drive around town, and it started running rough and missing a little. I started to head over to Autozone to get the light read, but over the next 10 min. it went down the tubes. I had to have AAA tow it to the house. The CE light is on, but cant have it read cause I cant drive it anywhere. I am thinking 1. Bad Gas, 2. fuel filter, or 3. fuel pump. poss vacuum leak?
Did anyone have this problem.
