this is my first post so be easy with me :)

i have been told by a dealer that the driver's power seat module needs replacing on my paw-n-law's 2001 v0xc (roughly a $750 fix)

my question is:

can the passenger side power seat module be swapped to the driver's side?

i realize that the memory feature would not be there, of course, but i'm thinking that doing without the seat adjustment would be more palatable on the passenger side

just curious about the software ramifications, etc

is this even a legitmate solution?
