850 T Question 850 1994

I notice that there is a molded plastic nipple (high, near the box) off of the air intake (on the hard plastic air intake tube that connects to the filter box and goes to the turbo). There is one on the bottom side and I know where that one goes but it's the one on the side of the tube that's got me stumped because I can't find a line that connects to it. Is it capped on yours?
