1999 V70XC Parking Brake Adjust V70-XC70 1999

Can anyone point to any web pages with description of adjusting the parking brake on a 1999 V70XC?

Dealer replaced rear brake pads and rotors today, and right rear parking brake is now dragging, so I'd like to back it off a notch.
