Your chance to help my friend Noreen with her V70

And I quote the email question:

One day last week,
There was a little plume , a puff, of smoke that came out of my electric
window operation on the driver side as I was electronically rolling up
the window.
It looked rather like the smoke from a magic trick.
Uh oh - I thought...
But yet the window continued to roll up -
And continues to this day - to go up and down and up and down and up and
down.

I know I should be thinking more about this -
I don't have air conditioning and the windows are essential.

What do you think that was?
I tiny smoke signal from a miniature man
Trapped inside my Volvo armrest?
