The plastic expansion tanks on my '96 850 GLT (~200k miles)have developed too many leaks to use JB Weld or any other stop gap solution. It's a great commuter car and I'd like to replace the radiator myself.

Anyone have any advise? On line places to find "how to" instructions etc?
