need help dismantling dash 850 1993

Can someone tell me what sort of fasteners are holding the top of the steering column cover on? They're way up there and i can't see them-tried torx, philips, flat-no go. These are the holes on the bottom of the column cover nearest to the steering wheel. Thanks.
