Is this average mileage/economy for my '95 850 Turbo? 850

I've been driving my first 850 for about six months now and I'm still trying to get a handle on the mileage. Right now I'm getting @20mpg in mixed driving (Atlanta, very little "park-hour" driving for me) and 24-25mpg in highway driving at speeds around 70-75mph.
My last car was an '87 240 wagon, auto and non turbo... I thought the mileage was unacceptable in that car at 26-27mpg on the highway (on a good day) and I was looking for something at least as good as my '85 245 Turbo manual which got around 30mpg on the highway at the same speeds I drive the 850 at.

Here are the details on the car. 1995 850 Turbo, automatic (sigh) with OK rubber all the way around, new air filter, Mobile 1 5w-30 oil, new plugs cap and rotor and a very light foot on the gas. I've been over and over the engine looking for vacuum leaks and found a few...which seemed to have no effect on the mileage. I THINK I have a boost leak because I can hear it bleeding off when I'm accelerating but I haven't been able to find that yet. I also don't think that would have much effect on steady state mileage?

I'm going to do a compression test next weekend and see if I can track down that boost leak while I'm at it. What are some other things I can check?! Or is this about all I can expect out of the car. At this point I'm thinking about seeing if I can swap it for a clean 244 Turbo or trade it in on a civic. 25mpg just isn't going to cut it...

Thanks for any input, let me know what other info I can provide.
