Valve on side of turbo 850

Does anyone know what the vacuum controlled valve on the side of the turbo is called, and where I can get a replacement? I have been searching the web for hours and I cannot locate one. It is on the engine side of the turbo (air inlet side) and is fastened to the turbo body with three bolts. A small vacuum hose connects to it. It's a real bear to get off, but doable. I recently discovered that this is the source of my misterious vacuum leak and CEL that I have been trying to track down.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks for replies.
