Is this '99 S70 worth rebuilding? S70

Or is it just a parts car. A lot of viewers have asked to buy nickel and dime parts off of the car but I hate to do that if in the end someone buys it to rebuild. I put it on Ebay at:

Do you think it's worth rebuilding at the price I'm asking if you can do most of the work yourself? 90% of the repairs are bolt-on items anyway. BTW if I didn't mention it elsewere, I bought the car for it's transmission to use in my C70 conv. but I found out the C70 just needed a transmission computer. Thats why I'm selling the S70.
