850 wagon with 3rd row of seats rear shock mount 850 1994

I have a 1994 850 wagon that is making clunking noises formt he rear left. I have searched the forum and it looks like it is the rear shock top rubber mount. I found how to access this to check it out. But none of the posts mentioned the third row of seats.

Is it necessary toi remove the seats to access the rear shock top rubber mount? Is it hard to do this job?
