Sun Roof Stuck in Open Position V70-XC70

AWD V70 XC 2001 - lost power last night - don't know why, but when tried to close sun roof it will not respond. Courtesy lights are also not working. Checked the fuses, but they are all Ok. Any help! Is there a re-initalization process for sun roof after loosing power?
