94 850 turbo reduction valve??? 850

I was told by TIRESPLUS this part needs replacing in on my car. Something needs work, because there is break fluid everywhere and the break light stays on. But how much work goes into replacing that part? (reduction valve) Is it something I can do, or does it need professional expertise? Thank you
And does anyone know if SwedishPartsWholesale is a reputable online resource? Or which online parts supplier is best?
