Hey all,
I'm taking a trip back to my home state of Vermont next week so that I can see the family, but more importantly, to prepare my '96 850 sedan for long-term storage. Like I noted in earlier post, the car has but a mere 76k miles on it and is not driven in snow (or rain if I can help it). My folks' garage is heated and there's a carpet on the floor underneath the car where the moisture can be absorbed so that should help some.
Now in terms of storing my car (it will remain idle for at least seven months while I finish school in DC), what sort of advice would you give to me? Should I drain out all the fluids, remove the battery, put fresh gas in it, etc? I had to ask because this will be the first year in which I'm putting my prized 850 into long-term storage.
