question about coolant expansion tank level sensor.................. 850 1996

I can see the sensor go into the tank, and the blue wire which ends with a port that faces the ECU box, but there isn't anything connecting to that port. I also don't see a "loose" wire hanging about that could connect to the port. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
