Modifications for an 850R 850

Over the next two years I am planning on modifying my '97 R. Plans include a cold air intake, BOV, downpipe upgrade, exhaust, ECU and changing the turbo PSI and wastegate. If anyone has any experience modifying this type of vehicle, I'd love to hear some of your imput. Thanks.
