Overheat Damage? 850

I was sitting at a light when all of a sudden I realized my temperature gauge was just about to go in the red. I didn’t get a check engine light. The light turned green and I drove off to find a spot to turn off the road when the temp started going down. So I turned the heat on full blast and the temp stayed fine the rest of the way home. I opened the hood and the first place I looked was the fan relay. The connector to the fan had come unplugged. I plugged it in and the fan and cooling started working as normal. So did I do any damage? Should I change out the oil and antifreeze from the short period of running at high temperature?

Thanks in advance,
Scott
