blower not working, I have replaced the resistor and the blower motor & it's still not working! C70 1998

I have a 98 v70 xc and the blower motor is not working. I have repkaced the resistor and the blowwer motor and it is still not working. I have blinking light on the ac on off switches. What could it be?
