IPD sway bars / springs question on XC-70 V70-XC70 2006

Recently acquired a new XC-70 which now has 860 miles on it. In this short amount of mileage, my Wife and I have come to the conclusion that it has excessive body roll and the suspension is a bit on the soft side. This is especially true after being spoiled by our 92 245 with full IPD suspension mods, 16 inch Hydras and cross braces.

So, now on to the questions:
1: Has anyone installed the IPD swaybar and Eibach spring sets on the 01 through 06 XC-70? If yes, how do you like it?
2: Is a strut change also recommended, if yes, what flavor do you recommend?
3: Does anyone know if these mods void the warranty?
