A trip to the Dealer?? S70

Not sure if I have to take a big breath and visit our local Volvo dealer on these two items:

1. Keyless remote died....and yes, I changed the battery (twice). I have another, but need a back-up.

2. "SVC" light came on -- and I changed the oil -- don't know about how to reset/cancel it.
