Ok I know another blasted A/C question, but I couldn’t find a similar problem when searching the archives. Here’s the problem my A/C keeps cycling around 2-5 seconds. And occasionally I get white smoke or mist from the center A/C vents. So after searching the archives I dug out my A/C gauges and checked my low pressure side. I have between 30-35 psi at idle, from others who have posted that seemed like the right place to be. It’s interesting, other then the constant cycling of the compressor and the occasional white mist the A/C is always nice and cold. I know the proper function of the A/C is to cycle but the constant cycling ranging from 2-5 seconds seems excessive to me. It is actually so obvious, and somewhat annoying I might add, it feels like someone is bumping the car from behind when I’m cruising at a constant speed on the highway.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
