Wheels pitted V70-XC70

I have a 2004 V70 and the wheels are beginning to pit be rough. I cleaned the brake dust off but can't remove the pitted areas. What are some solutions? Dustless brake pads by Axxis has been mentioned, however I need to deal with the current pitting situations. Thanks
