Air condiioning Not Working 850

My a/c is not working. The clutch is not engaging. Where is the low pressure swich located. Is there somthing I can bypass to get the clutch to engage. The lights on the heat a/c panel periodically blink when the car is started. Any recomendations as to where to start? The system is fully charged.
