On my 2002 S60 2.4T, 2 of the 3 directional louvers inside the driver's side a/c just to the left of the steering wheel are flopping and non-functional. Only the center one works. How do I remove the vent itself to get to these broken parts. I tried prying it off, but it appeared just about ready to snap where I applied pressure.
