Will an XC90 Cargo cover work in an 02 XC70?

I just purchased an 02 Cross Country which didn't include the cargo cover. I ebayed a used cover that was advertised as an XC70 cover, but after the fact have been told that it is really for an XC90. Can anyone tell me whether this will fit? I would like to ask the seller to void the deal if it won't.
