oil change which oil S70 1998

which oil is best for my car, i cannot find owners manual. i always use mobil 1 full syn, but cannot recall: 5w-20 10w-30 or what????


also, i never chagned it my self. is there anything else to do other than change filter, oil, and reset the service light?
