It's that time 850 1997

Hi all. Long time since I posted, but I've got some maintenance coming up on my '97 850 na soon and just wanted the get the current concensus on proceedures. Going to change out the T-belt, pump, and tensioner soon. Is Bay 13 still the best source for instructions or has anyone done the job and has tips/tricks etc. to share? Has anyone used the IPD DVD? How about the Cam locking tool. Is this more for convenience and can be done without by being careful? When the belt is removed is there tension on the valves that influences the cams to move or will it just stay in place?

Second, thinking about replacing the o-rings and/or heater core. I know several have done this and indicated it can be done without getting into the dash by going in through the drivers side near the pedal area. Anyone put together a pictorial or good tips for replacing? Mine is not climate control. Thanks in advance for the help. Oh, and good to be back!
