Harsh / Jarring Ride Quality 850 1996

I have a 96 850 Turbo that I have owned just over 1 year. It has a very harsh ride quality over mild bumps. I installed new Boge shocks front and rear. No difference. I replaced old Toyo tires with Yokohama Avid V4S tires. Still a harsh ride over the least little bumps. Air pressures are 32psi front and 29 psi rear. I had a 97 850 Turbo a few years ago. The ride was supple, and not hash and jarring like the 96 I own now. Any suggestions to my issue of ride quality? Car has 86,000 miles.
