I've got a problem with a 1995 850 turbo that I just got. The headlight's don't work when the car is running. But they do work when the current is on (1 click before engaging the starter) but the car has not started. The highbeams work when the car is running also. Any idea what this conundrum is about and how I go about fixing it?
