Dashboard is loose and squeaky 850 1997

The dashboard is actually so loose it I can see the whole thing move when I hit larger bumps, and it is so squeaky I can't stand it much longer. Is there a way to tighten it up or stop the squeaks?? Has anyone else had this problem??
