My '98 NA V70 has about 118K miles on it, so I figure it's about time to replace the coolant hoses (I've replaced the coolant once, but hoses are original). I checked the parts list at FPC Groton and came up with the list below
Upper radiator hose
Lower radiator hose
Heater inlet hose
Heater outlet hose
Thermostat / gasket
New hose clamps
THey also listed the following parts that may or may not be needed? Can anyone comment on whether these parts, or anything additional might be needed? ALso, can anyone refresh my memory on acceptable coolant types?
Expansion tank hose
Heater O-ring kit
In addition, I am considering flushing the transmission. I've done this once before a few years ago, but I didn't replace any seals, O-rings, or clamps on the transmission fluid line. Should I this time?
Thanks,
Kcarl
