Black stuff coming from exhaust????? V70-XC70 1998

1998 V70T5 Automatic, 220k

Cannot see this black stuff while driving, but it leaves black spots on the wall and fllor while warming up in the morning. It seems to be getting worse, over the last month.

Everything else seems fine at this time.

Any ideas?
