Air Pump power 850

My 1997 850 (really my wifes, I have the V90) has code PO410.
Air Pump and Relay check out good but I do not have power to the Relay.
Anyone know where the fuse, fusable link, relay, ect this power is routed from.
I've checked the fuses in the power panel and they are all fine.
