I have a '95 850T, and the color is 418. I have seen several names for it, and I included one in the subject line. I sent an inquiry to a paint shop who could do a fender for me, and they responded that they need to know "is the pearl in the paint, or in the clearcoat?" to match the color properly. "If it is in the paint, the amount to add is measured, if it is in the clearcoat it needs to be matched."

Does anyone know the answer to the shop's question? Settting aside the concern that the shop rep doesn't know, I am comforted by the advise I send my gas door in any event to match the color. Thanks, Don
