Interested in buying would appreciate feedback

I am considering purchasing a 2001 S60 T5. I have heard that these cars are prone to a few problems such as throttle body replacement, downloads, oil pan leaks, and other electrical problems. I would appreciate some feedback from anyone concerning these or any other problems they have experienced. The car has close to 30,000 miles on it. I would like to keep the car for ~10yrs+, is this practical without it draining my wallet? Thank You.

Hate to send you to another board but not many S60 folks here. I'd ask the same question over at www.swedespeed.com That place has tons of S60 owners. I'd also mention the price and waranty that you'll be getting.
