installing 'new' engine in my parent's '96 850-and need help with replacing parts 850

I found an engine with 23k on it at my Volvo dismantler, and am now compiling a list of parts that I need to purchase tomorrow from my parts place. Here is what I have so far:

water pump
water pump gasket
timing belt
timing belt tensioner
drive belt
thermostat(w/ o-ring)
distributor rotor
distributor cap
spark plugs(x5)

I also need to purchase a oil pan gasket and rear main seal, but I fear my parts place has a different name for both items, and I haven't been able to figure out what they are. I was also wondering if in fact the '96 850(non-turbo) had "only" the timing belt and the one drive belt(multi-rib-belt). Thanks one and all, and I hope you have a splendid evening :)

As I recall there are only two timing belts for that car. You will need the engine number to get the correct one. Also there is no oil pan gasket, they use a chemical sealant and I highly recommend that you go to Volvo for both these parts. You may need the last 6 digits of the VIN to get the drive belt correct. The term "rear main seal" is the only thing I have ever heard them called.

Thanks one and all for the help :) I ordered the parts this morning, including the front and rear crankshaft seals(rear main seal), and the engine will be installed and ready to go by tomorrow evening. Have an absolutely splendid day :)
