electric bucket drivers seat

How do I get the electric bucket drivers seat to operator properly? The motor runs when you push the bottom. The seat is in a recining position, it will not come all the way up to a confortable seating postion. It is a 1994 Volvo 850 5 spreed

    go to www.volvospeed.com/maintence and look for seat cables. It sounds like the cable is either out of the socket or broken.
