ABS light on when outside temp >90 degrees - 850

Hello, Can anyone suggest what maybe wrong with my 95' 850 wagon when the temperature is over 90 degrees the ABS light comes on (front head lights don't work and blinkers)? Is there an easy fix or work-around? Thanks

That does the trick - never would have guessed. Thanks

Interestingly, my '97 VW Passat exhibited these exact same symptoms, with the same cause. In my case, VW did not cover the ignition switch, which was found to be going bad on 1000's of vehicles. Sigh. Came to find out they have a lot of parts that are of equal quality.

Start with wiggling the keys a little bit and see if that helps, it might be a faulty ignition contact plate.
