SRS & Emission Messages S80

I just purchased a 2000 S80 with 57k. The car has been setting around for about 4 month and the battery was dead for a while. After repeated attempts to start the car, I had to replace the battery. The engine runs fine, then the check engine light came one, with a code calling for bad #1 O2 sensor. A technician suggested driving the car for while to give O2 time to clear out.

On the other hand, the dash shows a couple of messages "SRS-Airbag Service-Urgent" and "Emission System Service Required".

Thanks James uk. The dealer acknowledge it was a computer glitch triggered by low voltage. Oh what an easy scam to make money reinstalling software at a cost of $30 and 1hr labor charge on top of that. In a way I was really gratful it was that simple.

I was not willing to accept the fact that these engins could go for 7,500 miles on one single oil change until the dealer confirmed that.

I am wondering what is the optimal gas milage?

        Thanks gain
