Serpentine belt idler pulley replacement V70-XC70 1998

Are there any special tools or procedures required to replace serpentine belt idler pulley?

    You might need the tool that compresses the tensioner that fits on the end of a 1/2" ratchet, there is a trick that involves using a couple of pennies to take up the slack. Otherwise normal hand tools should suffice for the rest of it.
