hello all, looks like the door switch on the drivers side is gone by-by. Passenger side seems ok, the floor lamp and the red warning light go off and on
ok. As as one inserts key in ign switch, chime goes on, drivers door is shut. Starting engine should stop it but noooooo, above lights (by mirror) should go out automactically but nope but I can switch these of. It that darn chime just where is it? Sound just telgraphs all over dash. All I want is to mute it, disconnect it until I get some funds to repair the drivers door latch. Part is
about $117.00 or so plus about an hour (its a great indie here in PDX). So any
help out there, or do I keep cranking the radio up?

    Haven't the foggiest where it is, but don't worry--it won't take long until you have a high frequency hearing loss in exactly the range the chime is in. Then it won't be a bother.
