brake rotor longevity S40-V40

Do the rear brake rotors usually wear out before the front rotors? So far I've had to replace the rear rotors at ~ 45k miles and 90k miles. I haven't replaced the front rotors yet. Does this sound normal?

thanks
David

Surprised that you haven't replaced your fronts yet. Maybe they arn't working as well as they should. Front normally wear out before rears. I just had my 30,000 service on my 2003 V40, and I have 1/2 of the fronts remaining and 2/3 of the rears remaining giving me the potential of 60,000 mile fronts and 90,000 rears.
