Tune up kit V70-XC70 1998

Hi All,

I was considering buying a tune up kit consisting of spark plugs, distributor wires, new distributor cover and rotor.

It seems like a simple do it yourself operation.

Do I need any special tools?

Car has just had a new AC compressor and concentrator and other AC components to the tune of $1600.00 Canadian.

It also recently got a turbo boost sensor and MAF sensor.


I am determined that the car should see 200K kilometers.

    I have done the same maintenance you mentioned and didn't use any special tools. Just be carefull about getting the plug wires back in the right positions. I purchased my parts here http://www.fcpgroton.com/
