Poor Running/ Hall Effect Sensor 850

As detailed in a previous query, my wife's '94 Sedan (193Kmi.) is running very porly. The car starts fine but it stumbles, misses, and can barely get out of its own way until it finally builds some revs. Even then it never seems to gain any power, just smooths out the misses.

I'm still thinking it's a timing problem. What does the 850 have in the way of a hall effect or crank or cam sensor and where is it located? I pulled the upper cover off of the timing belt and saw nothing out of the ordinary.

The details: It hasn't spit any codes. Plugs are on the dark side of grey, but nothing out of the ordinary for the car. Cap and rotor and wires are good, recent fuel filter, no voltage issues. Fuel pump relay and MAF sensor swapped
with no changes.

Thanks again,

Will
