Well so I recently changed my fuel filter in hopes of preventing a stalling problem, and well it did fine for a cpl weeks, but on Sat nite it stalled out going 40 mph and luckily no one around. I know my knock sensors are messed up, but when i changed my plugs and reset the computer the CEL came on also now. I guess the next thing to replace is the fuel relay? Also some new problems are it seems that the AC on the highway will blow cold for 5minutes, then will warm up for a few minutes, then blow cold again. I am not sure what could be wrong, its only recently started to do this, even on recirc or outside air. Any ideas? Thanks,

    Ditto on the fuel relay.
    For the AC, does the 93 have air temp sensors behind the front hand grips? If it does, they may be clogged with dust. I just cleaned mine today and the AC works again.

    I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM SIX MONTHS AGO....

    STALLING AT ALL STOPS LIGHT..

    AFTER ALL CHEKING.. I REPLACE THE FUEL RELAY IT WAS A GREEN ONE... PROBLEM IS FIX. NO MORE STALLING..

      yeah i know i need a fuel relay, anyone know the part # so I can order it today or somewhere to order it from?

      What do you recomend using to clean out the air temp things? I was bored one day and pulled out the plug on the passenger side to look and used a piece of paper to pull some dust out, did this mess it up now? I will take a look again later tonite.

        Do you need the fuel system relay (next to radiator) or the fuel pump relay (next to the fusebox).

        I have a fuel system relay I bought from volvo dealer but didn't need - will sell for half the dealer price. contact me at bretons@usa.com if you're interested!
