I am in the UK. In a weak moment while watching one of our TV auction channels, I bought three bottles of ‘Greased Lightning’ additives for fuel, oil and coolant. The sales pitch offered the earth! But at 20 UK pounds (about $38) it was not that expensive.
The Fuel System Treatment “cleans the entire fuel system, significant reduced emissions, improved mileage”; Engine Treatment “helps improve mileage, helps to reduce top engine noise and reduce wear”; Cooling System Treatment “stops radiator leaks, lubricates all moving components, cleans entire cooling system and acts as an anti-freeze booster.” Sounds wonderful!
This stuff originated from a Florida company and I wondered whether any of you US guys have any experience of using it? I guess that, even if it does not do much good, it should not do any harm either?
