95 850 turbo, sas valve, & pump, location 850 1995

I have cels re: air pump problems, so I ordered new valve and relay. Is the location of the valve and pump different on the 95 turbo? I have the new valve, as pictured in bay 13, but can find nothing like it in the engine compartment. I looked for the pump under the battery tray and found the cruise control pump, but no air pump. From below the wheel well, I found what appears to be the charcoal canaster for evap, with one line connected to evap control and a second going to rear to car (gas tank?) but nothing that looks like the air pump in bay 13, or am I just mistaken about what this canister is. Help.

    There is a small pipe( 1" rubber) coming from the air filter towards the left front headlight. That is the air supply to the pump. Just follow it.

      I checked my air box, and there is no 1" rubber hose coming out of it. It may indicat that some 95 turbos were built with out air pumps and sas valves, if so, the corresponding codes can be interpeted as vacume leaks. Can anyone out there confirm, cars w/o SAS air pumps?
