Turning off 'Service light' V70-XC70 2000

Could some one jar my memory and tell me how to turn off the service light on my wife's V70! I know how to do it on my "00 S40, but its differant on the V70...thanks in advance, Bill

    Push on trip odometer reset button at the same time you turn on the ingnition switch to the accessory on setting. Keep pressure on the button until the service light flashes and goes out. Should take 10-15 seconds.

      if your odometer displays with the key off, you push the odometer button and turn the key to the on position. all the lights on the dash will light up and after 10 seconds the service light will blink, release the button and then turn off the key.

      if your odometer does not display with the key off, you must turn the key to the first position that displays the odometer and then push the odometer button and turn the key to the on position. all the lights will light up and after 10 seconds the service light will blink, release the button and then turn off the key.
